Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cerberus Tactical Locating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
While our K9 teams are highly trained and certified, we cannot guarantee the detection of all contraband or threats. Detection services are subject to various factors including environmental conditions, concealment methods, and other variables beyond our control.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any detection results or information obtained through our Services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cerberus Tactical Locating, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and handlers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
